To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Luxen Shield require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Luxen Shield to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LUXEN SHIELD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SCANS WILL DETECT ALL VULNERABILITIES OR THAT YOUR SMART CONTRACTS WILL BE SECURE AFTER USING OUR SERVICE.

Our automated analysis tools are intended to assist in identifying potential security issues but should not be considered a replacement for professional security audits.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXEN LABS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FUNDS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Luxen Shield, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Luxen Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the smart contract code you submit for analysis. We do not claim ownership of your code.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
